Michael Dinwiddie, Mayor and Board Member
Michael Dinwiddie is the current Mayor of Spring Hill. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University where he received his degree in Professional Aviation. After graduating, he moved to Nashville to work at Belmont University. He worked for several years as a corporate charter pilot and has several thousand hours of experience flying out of the Nashville area. Mike later started his own business and is now the CEO of Echelon Records, an independent record label based in Spring Hill. He was elected as a Spring Hill Alderman in 2007 where he served on the inaugural board of the Historic Commission. In 2009, he was elected Mayor of Spring Hill. In addition to his service on the Economic Development Commission, he currently serves on the planning commission and the Maury Alliance.

| Dustin Dunbar, Board Chairman
Dustin Dunbar was first appointed to the Economic Development Commission by former Spring Hill Mayor, Danny Leverette and was reappointed in 2009 by current Mayor Michael Dinwiddie. Mr. Dunbar is a CPA and entered public accounting after graduating from the University of Mississippi. While in public accounting he specialized in the healthcare industry and not-for-profit organizations. Dunbar works for a Franklin, Tennessee based biotech company. He and his wife Emily have and a son, Owen.
Dunbar is a member and active volunteer for the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) and the Tennessee Environmental Council. Mr. Dunbar currently serves on the Young CPA Committee of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Dunbar also currently serves on the board of the Witt Hill Homeowners Association.
Dunbar has served on the boards Outdoor Encounter, a Spring Hill based not-for-profit focused on conservation through greenways and trails, and the College Grove Lions Club. Mr. Dunbar also served as a volunteer team leader for the 2008 Presidential Debate at Belmont University.

Waymon Hickman, Board Member
Waymon Hickman is Senior Chairman of the Board, and an Honorary Director of First Farmers and Merchants Bank, Columbia, Tennessee. Mr. Hickman earned degrees from the University of Tennessee and the Graduate School of Banking of the South, Louisiana State University. He is a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Hickman serves as Trustee of Columbia State and Martin Methodist College. He has served as President of the Columbia Kiwanis Club, the Maury County Chamber of Commerce, and on the Board of Directors of the American Bankers Association. He is a past State Vice President of the Community Bank Council of the American Bankers Association; and past President of the Tennessee Bankers Association. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees and Past President of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Mr. Hickman also serves as a member of the National Banker’s Advisory Board to the Conference of State Bank Supervisors in Washington D.C., member of University of Tennessee Investment and Audit Committee, member of University of Tennessee Development Council, and Chairman of Board of the University of Tennessee Research Foundation. Mr. Hickman has received several awards and honors, including the Tennessee Industrial Development Volunteer of the Year, recipient of the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Philanthropy, 2007 Distinguished Alumni Award from University of Tennessee College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, Tennessee Bankers Association “Leaders in Banking Excellence Honoree, and Tennessee Hospital Association’s Meritorious Service Award for Governance.

| Boyce Magli, Board Member
Boyce Magli entered the real estate business 44 years ago after attending the University of Tennessee. He served two terms as president of the Williamson County Board of Realtors and served as president of the Tennessee Association of Realtors. He received Realtor of the Year awards both from the Williamson County Board and the Tennessee Association of Realtors. He was a founding director of Brentwood National Bank and chairman of the Bank’s Executive Committee. Boyce is currently a Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Commissioner.

Daniel Rolfson, Board Secretary
Daniel Rolfson has over 12 years of experience in operational multi-unit management, marketing, sales, and customer service. He served in operations in the U.S. Naval Submarine service. He was a settlement coordinator for six years at a large law firm in Southeastern Virginia. He served as Vice President of Operations of Cold Stone Creamery stores in Southeastern Virginia. He and his family moved to Spring Hill in 2006 and served as the National Operations Manager for a Scaffold Company specializing in commercial construction and productions. He and his wife Kimberley have two children: Jonah and Katie. He is active in many community areas ranging from his Church to local sports. He has a passion for Spring Hill and is committed to all local business to grow and flourish along with recruiting new businesses to our great city.
